From the moment we met.....
From the moment we met Tina, our salesperson, we knew we had found the company we were going to use to install our walk in shower. In fact, we liked her so much, we decided to also install a tub in our other bathroom. She was thorough but didn't take up too much of our time since we told her we had some bad experiences with previous estimates. She answered all of our questions and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. We felt like she really wanted to help make our bathroom safer. We actually ended up getting a call saying they could get started earlier than anticipated. Matt, our installer, showed up the next day and finished our walk-in shower in a couple of days. He came back the following Monday and finished our bathtub in a couple of days! He did a great job! We really enjoyed having Matt in our home. We had a couple of issues and he came back a few days later and got everything in order and we couldn't be happier! I would recommend Windows Direct and My Last Bath and Matt to anyone who is looking for quality work at a fair price!
