We purchased windows from Windows Direct for our newly purchased home. A friend of ours who is a contractor, used Windows Direct for his home. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional and friendly. Originally, I wanted our windows to be replaced like for like since I loved the look and how open they were. Due to the cost of each window and the number of windows, it was over our budget. Our sales rep provided an alternative configuration to our window setup to help reduce cost. I love them so much more than what we had before! We now have a greater unobstructed view and the screens are larger allowing more airflow. The installation was completed in 1 1/2 days. The team was quick, efficient, and very respectful of our space. We only replaced the windows upstairs this year but will be using Windows Direct when it is time to do the basement. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for new windows.

French doors with blinds
Very disappointed. I had my French doors installed 4 yrs ago. Today they do not close securely. You can see light between the doors. I will never buy another Anderson product again. Previously I had bought 2 storm doors. They both fell apart within a few years.
