Installation of new shower as a medial necessity
My husband had spinal surgery, and for many reasons the surgery and the stay at the hospital was catastrophic, After many weeks in rehab and 4 months away from our home, we needed to update our shower as a medical necessity. I ordered the shower and and the accessories, and when I called to say please help me they are sending him home by the end of the month and I need your help to get the installation ASAP. The manager called me back on the weekend and said he would have the installer there Monday morning. He arrived at 9am ad by Tuesday at 5pm I have my beautiful shower for my sweet husband. The installer, worked continuously until the project was done. I rated him a "5" and would have given higher. He cleaned up anything that he needed to take care of, and was so kind about why this shower was so important to us. I would recommend Windows Direct USA. My Last Bath to anyone who wants a beautiful result by wonderfully professional company, who take their job to heart. I thank them all so much.

Krista came to my house prepared and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly, made sure I got everything I wanted, and worked hard to give me a price within my price range. Bradley set up the install date, he was responsive and courteous. Matt did my shower install in 2 days. He was professional and cleaned up after. Window installation
Thank you to Jeremiah., he installed my new windows. He did a terrific job with the installation. He was so quiet I hardly knew he was there until the final clean up. I truly appreciate that Windows Direct was able to install the windows and new shower on the same day. Great customer service by everyone from sales , support services, and the installers. 5 stars all around.

Windows and Doors
Bradley and Tracy were absolutely amazing. We had all new windows and 2 exterior doors installed. They were fantastic and very professional. I love how they walked me thru what they were doing and they made sure everything was done correctly. They cleaned up everything. We are highly satisfied with our finished product and I highly recommend!
Patio door service installation
Employee was Bradley and cohort . They were excellent. Service , timing , concern, craftsmanship , knowledge , just excellent . Invited me to see product on hand prior to order . Went over all our issues with previous company door installation . All of our past issues were taken care of and addressed . Even did some of it in the rain. Pricing was fair and very competitive We are very happy with product and service. Met all of our expectations and then some. Recommend in the highest regard.
