Great all around performance
First off, I must say that our salesman Brandon Griesinger was stellar. He showed me using product the answer to all my questions. This was a huge part of me making the decision to go with Windows Direct. Then the installation team was even better! They quality of their work was outstanding. The fit and finish of the trim work on the exterior is what really set them apart in my honest opinion. Lastly is the warranty. I hope I never need to use it, and I hope they stand behind it, but only time will tell in that area. Thanks again to all the employees that step foot on my project!

Shower Make Over
The installation gentleman were great. Polite, clean, and they did a great job. We have 9’ ceilings and the sales representative took all the measurements, but didn’t tell us about the panels being 7-8 foot panels, which when installed, left a nasty gap to the ceiling. My Last Bath, brought the trim to cover the gap. Now my new shower looks complete and beautiful. Thank you My Last Bath, for a beautiful job, well done now.

the Sierra crew that was here yesterday was amazing and I couldn't be more happy with my new windows and the experience. I am happy to put a yard sign in my yard and leave it there for a long while!
Installation of new shower as a medial necessity
My husband had spinal surgery, and for many reasons the surgery and the stay at the hospital was catastrophic, After many weeks in rehab and 4 months away from our home, we needed to update our shower as a medical necessity. I ordered the shower and and the accessories, and when I called to say please help me they are sending him home by the end of the month and I need your help to get the installation ASAP. The manager called me back on the weekend and said he would have the installer there Monday morning. He arrived at 9am ad by Tuesday at 5pm I have my beautiful shower for my sweet husband. The installer, worked continuously until the project was done. I rated him a "5" and would have given higher. He cleaned up anything that he needed to take care of, and was so kind about why this shower was so important to us. I would recommend Windows Direct USA. My Last Bath to anyone who wants a beautiful result by wonderfully professional company, who take their job to heart. I thank them all so much.
