We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center Representative at our Cincinnati, OH office. A qualified applicant will have excellent computer and communication skills, call center or inside sales experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends if needed, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues. Representatives must have a clear and friendly telephone voice. They are front-line employees for a company and strongly influence how customers feel about us.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers over the phone, email, or online chat in a professional manner
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Inbound calls and make outbound calls - approx. 35 an hour
• Customer Service
• Manage sales reps schedules
• Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
• Rehash previous quotes to find opportunities for revenue
• Keep customer data secure
• Any other assigned task
